3.1 Registration Requirements

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on sona103 is ৳500. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which sona103 bears no responsibility. 4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts. Players who have attained Gold VIP tier or above benefit from same-day withdrawal processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved:

Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who report valid security vulnerabilities in good faith will not face any account penalty as a result of having encountered the issue, provided they did not exploit it for financial gain.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
sona103 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, is in progress, or is being planned. The Platform also reserves the right to close accounts for commercial reasons without requiring a breach of Terms, subject to the obligation to return any verified real-money balance to the player.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

In cases involving fraud or money laundering, sona103 may be legally obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
Contesting an enforcement action: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, please contact support@sona103 with your account details and a description of the circumstances. sona103 will review all contested enforcement actions within 10 business days of receiving the initial contact and provide a written response outlining the outcome and reasoning.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sona103 will send a notification to the registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Once classified as dormant, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements. sona103 will provide at least 30 days' written notice before applying any dormancy fee.
